Disliked1. Noise from the hallway can easily be heard. 2. It took a while for the housekeeping to come and clean the room and was not aware that we requested from the front desk that we need our room to be cleaned. 3. Shower and tub faucet were running water together once on. 4. Complimentary water was only a bottle when we booked for 2 persons.

LikedStaff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff was great as well. Location was perfect for what we were in the city for.
DislikedThe pillow selection in the room were not my preference. Flat and flatter. Small complaint but you asked ;)

LikedBreakfast was too expensive for what was received, close to downtown.
DislikedHigh crime area, heard shots and some streets were closed off with alot of police presence. The smell in the hotel was not pleasant and the pool area was dirty and rusty, with insects crawling around and its winter!
