LikedBeautifully appointed rooms. Filtered drinking water from taps. Nice view of forested valley. Superb food. The food and service in the Cascade restaurant was simply outstanding. The staff are all from the local village and extremely courteous. One of the staff at Cascade had worked for many years at a foreign cruise line. Their English was same as a native speaker.

DislikedUbud traffic is very bad; of course the hotel can not do anything about this. We had to remind reception for staff to clean room once. Makeup service in the evening sometimes is done other times not. Response from reception was always immediate.

LikedAbsolutely amazing property! The room was huge with a private heated pool, and the staff was very attentive and amazing service. The food was good in their restaurant and the main resort pool had a lovely jungle view.

DislikedThe toilet is located outside the room and there were lizards coming in from outside. I’m scared of lizards which was annoying middle of the night.
