LikedLocation and choices in the menu were excellent. Staff was also excellent.
DislikedI was a little disappointed that since the lounge was the only restaurant for lunch and dinner, that the menu was limited.

LikedRelatively spacious room, excellent breakfast options, dinner restaurant with simple but great tasting options. The staff is amazingly helpful.
DislikedThe only very tiny blemish was some dust on the curtains.

LikedA comfortable, clean, and, of course, very fancy hotel in a very central location.
DislikedThe above said, it was also very, very expensive including additional charges that were not captured by the Booking.com price. On the whole not sure it was worth the money even relative to the expensive downtown Toronto hotel market.
