LikedWe loved the hot tub and steam room. After a day of sight seeing around Banff back,soaking in hot tub is really relaxing. The buffet breakfast is excellent with many varieties to choose. The staff in hotel and restaurant were very friendly

LikedThe lodge was gorgeous and in such a lovely location. The staff were so friendly. Really comfy bed.
DislikedWe were in a room right outside the hot tub so there was a bit of noise at night and a constant trickling noise in our room.
