LikedThe breakfast was amazing.The thermal spa was exceptional. Staff was friendly and professional.
DislikedThe only thing that bothered me personally was the air deodorizer they used in the lobby and hallways. I have sensitivity to perfumes, so it bothered ME. Otherwise, most people would find it pleasant or not notice .

In general I had a pleasant the stay, the spa and restaurant are very nice, but only al little crowded. The rooms are spacious and well-equiped. One annoying thing is the airconditioning in the room, it is very loud, only work intermittently and you are unable to turn it off.

First time to Saguenay for a wedding and certainly have stayed at hundreds of hotels but nice to see a place where everyone working has a smile, eager to help, well dressed and perfectly bilingual. Rooms very well appointed with high end cotton linens on comfortable beds and multiple pillows including a body pillow. Very quiet room with turn down service a plus. Nespresso in room bonus and breakfast was superb with omelette bar, fresh croissant, Starbucks coffee, fresh fruits etc. Vibe in place was very upscale and positive. Didn't have time for Boefish restaurant but looked great and spa disappointing that massage spots all booked for entire weekend on arrival. We'd highly recommend this place if you are in the area and I'm sure that you won't be disappointed.
