LikedLoved everything! From pleasant check in to complimentary snacks at the bar in the eveningand discounts at surrounding businesses. The room was great, very clean and very comfortable.

LikedIt was comfortable and elegant. The spa was very nice and I enjoyed the serenity there. Our room had a very comfy bed and the large bathroom. It had wonderful big windows that made the room sunny and bright

DislikedThere wasn’t anything. Maybe a brighter bedside lamp would have been helpful.

LikedJust one of those little gems of a hotel. From staff to location, everything was perfect. Been lucky to stay in some very good hotels and we score this as a 10 and would come back without hesitation. Ladies at front desk were brilliant, arranged a late check out, thank you

DislikedThis is just a generic point of all hotels we stayed at in Canada, resort fees! Spurious non defined charging that's not in your agreed rate booking or explained clearly at arrival. I would prefer just to be charged my agreed rate at booking than find out that water you think is complimentary really is coming out of a resort fee. In same way tipping culture is auto loaded and suggested rates has crept in. To me it just niggles that its assumed what you use and do, what next a pillow and shampoo fee, or resort air fee. Just charge a rate and be done with it.
