On a recent trip to Hong Kong I took the time to zig-zag across the city in search of the most inspiring craft cocktail bars. I skipped from one luxury hotel to the next, chatting with the city’s top mixologists while nibbling on spicy wasabi nuts and fancy Foie gras topped tacos.
I always make a point of sussing out trendsetting cocktail bars in the destinations I travel because I believe mixologists are just as integral to a city’s thriving culinary scene as any notable chef cooking in the kitchen. OZONE at Ritz Carlton Hong Kong
