64 Degrees Restaurant in Brighton

Since opening in October 2013, 64 Degrees has rapidly become the go-to social dining hotspot in Brighton. The restaurant was voted number 36 in the National Restaurant Awards Top 100 List for 2014 and was awarded a Bib Gourmand by the Michelin Guide.

The restaurant  is located in Brighton’s famous old town Lane neighbourhood, tucked into a charming alleyway just north of the beach. The petite dining room features intimate seating for groups of two to four though diners are encouraged to sit at the pass and witness the action as the restaurants chefs work their magic over flaming stove.

Created by chef owner Michael Bremner, the philosophy is that the food rules; the kitchen is the heart of the restaurant – the chefs are its lifeblood and centre of all the action. Working with local artisan suppliers, the menu changes to reflect the seasons (and the whims of the chefs); offering an ever evolving menu specifically designed to share while you sample and discover a range of flavours, tastes and textures.
