I was once again on a mad dash and in need of sustenance! I had barely eaten all day and needed a quick bite before heading to the premiere of Paris 1994/Gallery at World Stage. There is nothing worse than sitting in a theatre starving, it’s so distracting when your belly grumbles while dancers prance upon the stage. There are slim restaurant pickins’ by the water but with a little research I found Ichiban Sushi. As soon as I walked in I waved at a waitress standing by the kitchen. When she walked over I smiled, bulged my eyes and said “I have to eat very quickly.” I felt as though she and I were on a team for the next 20 minutes as she hurried my order and I flung food into my mouth with a determined expertise.
I enjoyed:
Agadashi Tofu
Spider Roll

Great blog! Sorry to get off subject, but since Nashville is getting a lot of press lately, I’d like to find a great sushi restaurant or Japanese restaurant in Nashville TN. Have you heard of any good ones? There’s a new one called Nomzilla Sushi Et Cetera, but I’ve only seen a few reviews. Here’s the address of this new Nashville Japanese Restaurant, 1201 Villa Place, Suite 101 Nashville, TN 37212 – (615) 268-1424. Thoughts? Thanks!
