Earls King Street in Toronto

I visited Earls on King Street for the first time in September with my sister. We hopped up at the bar and enjoyed two apps as we were just looking for a quick bite. Flipping through the menu I knew I wanted to come back for a visit to sample the rest of the menu. Last week I returned to the restaurant to showcase signature plates and seasonal favourites. I invited my cousin Serena (who works at the Woodbridge location) so that she could share her comments and expertise on each dish as it came to the table. I also had my friends Mel and Mike tag along for a rather robust menu that had us mumbling “how many more dishes are coming to the table?” Needless to say we all waddled home well fed.

I was absolutely floored by the deliciousness of both the Bronx Burger and Pulled Pork Sandwich. Their Bronx Burger is most certainly in the top ten list of best burgers in the city. Just take a look at that picture below and tell me you don’t immediately fall in love with its artistry. The Pulled Pork Sandwich consisted of juicy strands of meat which were complimented by a perfectly creamy coleslaw. Earls has a lengthy West Coast inspired menu which could take several visits to truly adventure through. On your first visit take my advice and order these two sandwiches. Seems like everything that Earls serves up between a bun is heaven.

You can also enjoy brunch at Earls, best enjoyed in the warmer months on the restaurants popular patio.
