I fell in love with BBQ meat treats during my trip to Hong Kong (where they do it the best)! I kid you not I ate roast pork, goose, duck and suckling pig at least twice a day (and once for breakfast)! A visit to King’s Noodle Restaurant at Dundas and Spadina in the heart of Toronto’s China Town brings back fond memories.
I recently took my coworker Maria (who is now practically evangelical about their roast everything) and met up with my friend Meaghan for a quick lunch. She ordered the cheap and cheerful bowl of Roast BBQ Pork Soup and I ordered a plate of dry fried noodles with Roast Duck and BBQ Pork. Heaven! I don’t tend to dine here as much. This is the perfect place to order several cuts of meat to take home and prepare stuffed ravioli’s, sandwiches, salads or simply serve with your favorite noodles or rice.
