Pork lovers rejoice! Porchetta and Co has set up shop at Dundas and Bathurst serving up this glorified meat sandwich. I immediately gawked at the pile of pork crackling glistening in the early afternoon sun. As a purist I ordered my sandwich without any fixings. Hot sauce and mustard are provided for slathering. Do not eye the fat in your bun just enjoy one munch and crunch at a time.
