Review: Poor John’s Cafe, Toronto

Poor John’a Cafe is the best local coffee joint in Parkdale. All of the staff are friendly as can be and they routinely have neighbourhood events such as book club meetings. Coriander Girl has been urging me to check out their yumminess so I spent brunch on the morning of my birthday chowing down with my sister and friend.

They do a great healthy breakfast and make some very creative sandwiches! I had my sandwich with a garden side salad with mango dressing and are topped with granola. Check out their patio out back its super loverly!

#66 restaurant reviewed in Ontario since moving to Toronto in 2010.
